Room Tour & Makeup Collection

Room Tour Office Malm Dressing Table Makeup Collection

Welcome to my Dressing Room / Office! I’m lucky enough to have a spare bedroom in my house dedicated to all my girly & blogging bits, so today I’m inviting you to have a little look around! This is where all the blogging magic happens, it’s where I film my videos, where I get ready everyday, where I store all my makeup, and it’s nothing less than my favourite room in my house :)

On the video above you get to see how I decorated my Dressing Room and how I organise my makeup in my IKEA Malm Dressing Table, some Acrylic Drawers and in my IKEA Alex Drawer Unit. I know that when I was looking to buy some IKEA furniture, I googled pictures and watched lots of YouTube videos to see how the furniture would look once it was built, so hopefully this will help you get an idea of how everything fits together and it will give you some decor inspiration. The decorative process of this room has been going for over a year; since I published My Dressing Table blog post, a few things have changed around here. I now have the IKEA Alex 5 Drawers unit, which houses a variety of things, from camera gear to skincare products. I also have a brand new Apple iMac 27″ computer, which has simply been the best thing to improve my concentration, productivity and of course, to prettify my girly room even more! If you work from home, I highly recommend getting an iMac computer; let me know if you’d like a review of the iMac and I’ll do one :)

My IKEA Malm Dressing Table is still going strong, but now it’s much less cluttered than before. I moved most of my beauty bits on top of my Alex Drawer Unit and left my pretty Jewellery Tree and Brush Holders on the dressing table. I find that the more things I keep on my table, the more distracted I get! I’ve been adding little things here and there for a while, but now I’m quite confident my Dressing Room / Office looks pretty much how I’ve always dreamt it would look! If you like this room tour & makeup collection video, please give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends. If you’re wondering where I got my furniture & decor bits, I’ve listed everything I could find online below :)

Hi, do you mind me asking how you secured your mirror? Did you just lean it against the wall or did you mount it? I bought the same set – mirror & dressing table. I was thinking to just lean it, but not sure whether it’s sturdy enough. Thank you
