Bridal Lingerie for D+ Brides by Panache

19 June 2013

Panache Evie Bridal Basque*, £46 – Panache (HERE) || Simply Be (HERE)

I was lucky enough to be sent this beautiful bridal lingerie set from Panache, a brand specialised in D+ bras. It’s called the Panache Evie Bridal Basque, which comes with detachable arms ands suspender straps; the basque itself has a very supportive and flattering padded 3-section cup, with a pretty embroidery and lace detail. It’s underwired with hook-and-eye back closure, and it has vertical boning at the front, which helps give the body structure and support.

Panache Evie Bridal Basque

I felt really comfortable and supported wearing this basque, and I think that’s what most of us D+ ladies struggle with when it comes to strapless bras. I would highly recommend this basque for D+ brides out there, or even if you just fancy treating yourself to a gorgeous piece of lingerie. I’m usually a 32E or 34DD, and I got this set on a 36DD because I didn’t want it to be too tight around the back, but I could have gone for a 34.

That’s gorgeous Ysis – I’m the same size of you and really rate Panache. I like that it’s pretty but still looks like it would be smooth under a silky fabric.

Thanks, Nic! I’m so glad I found them. I’ve always struggled finding bras for my size, and theirs fit so well.

I’m also the same size as you at a 32E and came across Panache Lingerie while working on their campaigns with my old agency. I was lucky enough to come away with four bras that I fell in love with. They are perfect and I’m lusting after the sports bra they make. x

Oh wow, you’re lucky! I’m dying to get some more bras from them; the sports bras look amazing, but my next piece will be one of their superbras :) x

Hyperemesis stole 8 weeks of my life. Not only that, it took me to the darkest and loneliest places in my mind. This was supposed to be the pregnancy that I exercised all the way through, enjoyed every little second of it because it’s likely to be my last baby. But instead, I’ve spent a huge part of it crying, struggling, feeling weak and hopeless.

I’m still grieving the experience I thought I’d have, but I feel so lucky to have improved dramatically over the last 4 weeks. I get so much joy just doing little things that I couldn’t do before - showering on my own, eating a full meal, talking, doing the kids’ bedtime routine.

I believe everything happens for a reason. Whatever that reason was, it was meant to teach me to appreciate more my body, my family and the small things in life. ❤️

Did you guess it right? I got it totally wrong, again! 😆 We couldn’t be happier and it’s exactly what both James and Bella wanted. Our little tie-breaker! 🥰 #16weekspregnant #babynumber3 #genderreveal

It’s been a little while since my last update. Last week was tough, but this week I’ve started to see the light at the end of the Hyperemesis tunnel.

I’ve been able to keep most of my food down and I can now drink sips of water. Honestly that is such an amazing feeling!

I’m still being sick and still limited on what I can eat, but everyday I tolerate a few more smells and food.

My cravings are so weird! Full of things I’ve never bothered with before - Brazilian hot dogs, McDonalds Fillet O’ Fish, tinned peaches, tuna mayo jacket potato.

I’m still very weak and out of breath if I walk around - my body is playing catch up with the last 2/3 months of living on barely nothing.

I’m into my 14th week and I honestly feel so hopeful right now. ❤️

Ad: Today is International Women’s Day and this Ad: Today is International Women’s Day and this year #LEGO are celebrating the women of the future; our imaginative, creative, inspirational little girls!

We were asked to take part in the campaign, replicating a classic LEGO ad from 1981, which shows a little girl proudly holding up her LEGO creation.

So when I asked Bella what she wanted to make, no surprises there, she chose a princess castle!

I feel like this reflects her personality so much; she’s sweet and kind, but also really knows her mind and is super determined to do what she wants, how she wants it! 💗 Didn’t she do well?!

If you want to take part and recreate the ad with your amazing daughters, you can submit a photo at LEGO.com/FutureBuilders.
